Excel to Pain.001 is a web-based tool that allows users to convert Excel (.xlsx, .xls) and CSV files into SEPA Pain.001 XML format (ISO 20022). The conversion process is performed locally in your browser to ensure data privacy.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability
Important Disclaimer:
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to generate XML files that comply with standard SEPA ISO 20022 specifications, banking requirements can vary by institution and country.
User Responsibility: You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and validity of the generated XML file before submitting it to your bank or financial institution.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Handx OÜ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial loss, transaction errors, rejected payments, or bank fees resulting from the use of our generated files.
3. Payments and Refunds
Some features of the Service may require payment. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Refund Policy: As this is a digital product with immediate access, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been delivered. However, if you experience a technical failure where the file could not be generated despite a valid payment, please contact us at support@exceltopain001.com. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Handx OÜ and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Estonia and foreign countries.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
