Frequently Asked Questions
Can I pay salaries with a SEPA XML file?
Yes! SEPA pain.001 is the standard format for batch credit transfers, including salaries, across the Eurozone.
What does my bank need from me?
Your bank needs a valid SEPA XML (pain.001) file. Our generator ensures it follows the exact schema and bank-specific rules required.
Is my employees' data safe?
Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade encryption and do not store salary amounts. Files are purged after 90 days.
Do amounts get stored?
No. Individual amounts for each recipient are only kept within the transient XML generation process and the temporary encrypted snapshot.
Which banks are supported?
We support 15+ major European banks including Deutsche Bank, Sparkasse, Commerzbank, BNP Paribas, and many more.
Can I use my existing Excel payroll sheet?
Yes. Our intelligent mapping tool works with almost any Excel or CSV structure. No need to reformat your data.
